Once our artist gets started on your order we will not be able to issue a refund. This is due to the custom nature of our services/products. If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always strive to make sure you’re delighted with the final product.
If your order shows up damaged, please take a photo and send it to support@cozynames.com, and please include your order number. If you received the wrong order, we will reprint them.
