We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We will email you to request a different shipping address if you provide a P.O. Box at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We cannot change or cancel an order after it’s been placed. You can try contacting us within minutes of placing your order but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to do so. We try to move our orders into processing right away.
What happens if I make a spelling mistake?
Please double-check spelling before you check out. Once you place an order, our team gets to work to make sure you get your order ASAP! Unfortunately, once you submit your order we are not able to make any changes.
